Ryan Eidick, MCP

Director

Ryan founded Eins in 2019 following over 10 years working as a Planner in both public and private sectors of the land development industry. Ryan is a Faculty Lecturer in the School of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Alberta, and sits on the Information Committee for the Infill Development in Edmonton Association.
Ryan plays sports year-round, including golf, snowboarding and basketball.

Andrew Olsen, BA

Junior Planner

Andrew joined Eins in 2022 after graduating from the University of Alberta with a BA in Planning.
Andrew sits on the board of his community league and brings strong community engagement and design skills to the team. In his free time Andrew enjoys playing sports, detailing cars, and exploring Edmonton.

Jake Papineau, MPlan: Formerly known as “The Research Department”, Jake grew into a very important member of EINS and was an integral part of our growth in the early years. Now works for Urban Matters.

Judith Musasa, BSc. (HON): A CAD wizard with a great eye for landscape design, Judith’s skills helped EINS branch out and grow our service offerings. Now works at the City of Edmonton.
